Is the great food really worth your health?

Today was my first experience in Matts. I was excited to have my first Jucy Lucy. My friend and I had went there today and right away things didnt go so well. When we got there, there was no seating except for 2 bar stools at the bar. The waitress asked us what we needed and we told her we would wait until a table became available and sit at the bar stools. Finally after what seemed like forever, a table became available. To my surprise the waitress who we ordered our food through sat the people that just walked in at the table. I asked the waitress why we had not been seated there. She then told me that since we were sitting at the bar, we will have to wait until there is no line to get seated at a table. So we had to eat at the bar.
After being brushed off by the RUDE waitress, there was more yet to come. My friend and I noticed that they do not use gloves at this establishment. I mean i guess that would be okay if the wait staff washed their hands before handling the food with their bare hands, but this is not the case. We witnessed (since we were sitting right at the bar by the grill) the bartender go straight from handling money and running the register to picking up a burger with her bare hands, REPEATEDLY!!! THEN, to our astonishment, two of the burgers must have requested no onions because she then took the buns off two of them and brushed off the onions with her still unwashed filthy fingers and put the burgers back together and send the food to the table. Then after my friend and I finally recieved our Jucy Lucy's, we didnt receive our french fries. We asked the crabby bartender about our fries and she then threw a basket of fries on the bar in front of us and walked away.
I do have to admit, those burgers were good, but is it really worth our health??
Disgusted...
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Crabby wait staff, unsanitary
