Just got my car back from Sterling BMW. Don't get me wrong, really friendly people. But $639 for an oil change and brake fluid, I would rather hang out with my enemies. ARE you kidding me?? In these times and you still want to kick people when there down? Thanks for nothing. I will never be back again. Included in the price was $140 for telling me a part was broken which is why I went there in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Pros: coffee when you drive up
Cons: paying 10x for parts and service
