I recently placed an order for a large quantity of coroplast signs. They made a mistake and one of the letters was incorrect. They would not work with us and the owner refused to discuss with me. Even though the artwork was perfect, the customer service rep insisted that they did not receive print ready files. We are very well versed in Adobe Illustrator and asked specifically what was wrong with our file. Since she wasn't familiar with the program, she could not give specifics and would not forward to a graphics professional or to the owner. I would not recommend using this company. There are plenty of good screenprinters in Austin that will charge a comparable price without the mistakes and the hassle.
