Terrible service, OK food

The only reason this restaurant even aspires to the 3-star range is because of the tasteful decorating and convenient location. Food is ho-hum, and the service leaves much to be desired. Specifically, went to dinner by myself once, had a terrible time being waited on (even though people who came after me were helped promptly). Refilled my Sprite with water (YUCK!), and had to wait 20 minutes to get the check, after which I complained to the manager. Yes, they did give me 20% off my bill, but by then I just wanted out of there.
Horrible.
Pros: Location, ambience, price
Cons: Worst. Service. Ever.
