I was in Columbus on business and stopped in on my way out of town. I stopped in, put my name on the list and read a few magazines while I waited. The receptionist was very nice and I jus thung out nad watched what was going on. I was in my boring business clothes and did NOT feel out of place (like the person below indicated). Ali did my hair and I left super happy. You can call and put your name on the list in advance and also to make sure your stylist is working. They also have a loyalty program. Your 13th cut is free. I love it and I will be back!
Pros: atmosphere inexpensive, convenient location, can call ahead
Cons: may wait awhile if they're busy, parking could be a problem (I found a space right out front)
