we had horrible experience with ATI and we try to cancel an hotel reservation due to family emergency,\r
the hotel already canceled for us but ATI would not cancel for us and keep saying some one will call us back but never did. and they lied about everything to us about how they pay for hotels.
Cons: can't reach them and poor customer service
