Our visit to Fallston Seafood started out well. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and our Clams Casino appetizer was excellent. My salad looked ""out of the bag"", but we enjoyed the bread. The shrimp with crab imperial stuffing that my husband ordered was also good. Unfortunately, my ""lobster"" and crab alfredo pasta special was served with mysterious ground lobster patties that I have yet to identify. We actually thought they might be made of salmon, since they tasted fishy and had a strange pink color. The pasta itself was very good, but was overshadowed by being charged lobster prices for frozen lobster bits. Stick with the crabs, and the fried or specifically advertised as ""fresh"" seafood, and it should be a nice experience.
