I brought in a brand new vehicle to this shop to have some work done on it. I was very pleased at the job they did on the contracted work, but I was confused as to why my lights were left on, all my settings had been adjusted (for my sound system and lights) and why my car was dirty. That was the weirdest part because I had personally washed it right before I brought it there. These all seemed weird to me, like maybe someone had been using my vehicle for their own personal use, but I disregarded it because I couldn't prove anything. As I was driving home, I noticed huge scratches covering my whole windshield. This was very odd because it was definitely something you notice as you are driving the vehicle. I turned around and immediately drew their attention to the issue. Of course, they said it hadn't been done by them and it must have been there already... Well, that's a bunch of lies because these are scratches that even a blind man would notice! Regardless, this company refused to repair the windshield that they had damaged. \r

I would never recommend this shop to anyone because there is no guarantee that they will not drive your car for their own personal use, or that they will give your car back in the pristine condition it was when you dropped it off.
Pros: Good job on contracted work
Cons: damaged vehicle and refused to accept responsibility
