Hi everyone, I am writing my first review ever, so be patient with me. I have been to Alan's Alley recently and was shocked at how polite and helpful everybody was. I left my reading glasses in the car and they went to the trouble to read all the details of the videos I was looking for. They were so nice to me. I got to meet Alan himself, he took the time to chit chat with me and my wife and we were treated so nice by him that we joined his video establishment. I go there now instead of using their free delivery. I like the feel of this friendly, down home feeling we get when we drop by. I get better deals in that place then any place else. If I need a replacement they honor it with a smile. Alan's Alley is the only video, electronics and other hard to find things and I found something I couldn't find for years in there. Pros: Conveniently located in Chelsea.
Cons: Best to walk, parking can be a problem.
