Reply to Anderso1j: This customer actually was not charged for the repair of his ipod that had been dropped in a toilet and was completely corroded from the water inside. We did put a new logic board in the ipod and cleaned up the rest of the corrosion but unfortunately it also needed another part to get it working correctly. We advised the customer it would be cheaper to get a new ipod then it would be to fix his current one. We could have sold him both of the parts which would have been more then a new ipod but we don't want to rip anyone off, so we put his old parts back in and gave him the ipod back with no charge. If ever a customer has any problem you can call and talk with the owner Randy any time he works there and will be happy to help. We have been in business for over 8 years and have thrived because of our great customer service and value. We have many customer service rewards from many local newspapers and have an ""A"" rating with the Bureau for Better Business . We want to keep this reputation and are willing to work with any customer service issues. Pleas feel free to contact us at 303-443-2899 or randy@themacshack. net.
