I have been going to the Wheel Thing for years and I have never had a problem. I'm not sure what the other two peoples experiences were but I have had nothing but good experiences. I have even recommended my family and friends to their store. i don't think it has anything to do with the neighborhood. I hope The Wheel Thing keep up the good work and as long as they keep serving the community with good service I will continue to tell anyone I know about them.
Pros: They can get almost anything for your car.
Cons: Hours aren't long enough! LOL!
