My dining partner and I ate lunch here in February. We had a table by the window of the enclosed porch and it was lovely to be right next to Ellicott Creek, even in winter. Tables and cutlery were clean. Our food was great. My partner had fish (in a cracker batter), which was fresh and well-prepared.
