I went with a group of about 6 girls right after work this past week. We were excited to find out from our waiter that Lugo Caffe has a Prosecco Happy Hour! Each glass was only $4 and it was a perfect end to the rough day we had had at work. The bar was packed with Rangers fans, but it was still a great atmosphere to drink in. Appetizers were delicious and the Prosecco was even better!
Pros: Cheap Prosecco, great munchies, good service, good bar crowd
Cons: A little noisey in the bar area, but still great atmosphere
