The owner's heart is in the right place. She is the most loving, nurturing person to animals as well as human beings. However, the grooming is sub standard, the shop is filthy and it is very difficult to spend a minute in the place before you start to gag because of the stench. It really saddens me because no one loves animals more than this lady but her shop needs much improvement. I stopped taking my dog there and felt really bad about it. But felt even worse when I would pick her up and the grooming was something to be desired. My dog also seemed agitated because of the chaotic environment. I have since found a place that is clean, spacious and had a much more of a calming atmosphere with a decent haircut to boot!
