I lived at both sunset Villa and Villa Napoli. I do recommend Sunset Villa but do not go to Villa Napoli. The manager is a rip off. She spends your deposit on land-scaping and other bs while you get attacked in your apartment by swarms of ants and carpenter ants. I put in my 30 day notice, I moved out by the first (because she told me I had to turn in my keys on the 31st so I wouldn't get charged) and then when I got my deposit refund in the mail, it said I had to pay her 4 days of a pro-rate charge. FOR WHAT? I understand the rest of the charges but a pro rate for 4 days!? I don't understand. DO NOT MOVE HERE. She is money hungry and a rip off/.
Pros: 7-11 being close
Cons: Noise, Manager(s), rip off.....pretty much everything
