This store has a wonderful selection, but I probably won't go back due to the extremely poor customer service. It's a shame because I remember the days (many years ago) when the staff was eager to help, but, sad to say, quite the opposite is true now. We went into the El Camino store twenty five minutes before closing today and were greeted by a staff of about six, standing around chatting, with no one acknowledging our presence in the store. I asked a question about a specific product, and one of the staff reluctantly guided me to the right area, after first telling me the item in question wasn't in the store. Incredibly, when we were browsing in the essential oils area, one of the employees turned off half of the store lights and loudly announced "ten minutes till closing!" My friend protested that we couldn't see what we were trying to buy, and the lights were turned back on after about a minute.
