I am not sure how these guys stay in business - there are so many eye drs in NYC and this one has got to be one of the worst. I arrived on time for my appt, waited for 10 minutes, then was told I was late. Then they spent the next 10 minutes yelling at me about how difficult my insurance was as I sat there and listened (*I have solid coverage that covers exam and 8 months contacts supply annually). Then I decided to cancel my appt and leave as I didnt trust these short-tempered, impatient, arrogant guys take care of something as important as my eyes. Cons: EVERYTHING more
