Very Rude Manager, Bad Service, Long Wait!!!!!
Go instead to Trilogy Pizza & Wine Bistro on Stone Oak, VJ's Pizza & Subs on Bulverde Rd. or Johnny's Pizza & Blimpie Subs on Judson Rd., all managers are very thoughtful & professional!
I called Pizza Italia days ahead to let them know that I was bringing in a large party of 30 people. We spent altogether a total of approx. $500.00, yet the manager would not except my coupon that was the equivalent of $5.00, even though I had brought in such a large group. He was extremely rude and did not care one bit how much business I had brought in to his restaurant. It took over an hour and a half to get some of our orders even though I had called ahead of time. We did not expect to get our pizzas at the same time, only as we ordered them.
He did not apologized for the long wait or even thank us for coming in. He just lost 30 customers and others that have been told not to go there. The pizza is ok but not out of this world. They have a big selection of beers, we couldn’t help but wonder if they were taking so long to get us to buy more. Skip Pizza Italia, unless you like long waits and a rude manager.
