Our team play late summer term softball at Riverstar (July-Oct). When we signed up we were asked for a deposit of $200 which would be returned to us if we did not forfeit any games. Well, we didn't forfeit, but we still haven't received our money back (today is 12/16/09). I called and left messages in November, with no return call. And I tried to call yesterday only to find their phone is no longer in service. Their website is no longer active either. I also intend to send a certified letter to the office as well as stop by in person to try to get my $200 back. I guess they may not be there, but what else can I do? Never playing there again, that's for sure!!
