I decided to try this place again after hearing positive reviews from friends. We went at 6pm on a Thursday. This time it was reasonably better than the first time. I tried several things I had the first time and a few new items. It was decent. Definitely better than my first visit. Even so, I won't likely go back because there's just nothing special about the food to make it worth the trip and price. The staff was nice and the cashier let us use a single coupon 6 times for each person in the group. That was pretty gracious. My original view is below with a few omissions.

We went on a Friday at 6:30pm (should have been prime time for hot fresh dishes). We've eaten at TONS Asian restaurants all over the county over the years (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, etc.). There was virtually NOTHING good on the buffet. The soup tasted like really bad tap water; sweet and sour chicken was just plain bad (the chicken tasted like it was possibly expired and the breading had no flavor at all); all other fried chicken dishes were soggy and ordinary; veggie dishes were way overcooked; the rest of the selections followed this trend. The only semi-palatable thing we had was the sushi; it wasn't bad for a Chinese buffet. Sushi was cold, fresh, and overall decent for this type of restaurant.
Pros: They have chairs to sit in.
Cons: Almost everything.
