house is in an okay neighboorhod. rent is a little high for the area though 895 when most are going for 700+. House needs to be reshingled BADLY and furnece was red flag before we moved in. Repeatedly brought this up and hubby was the one who finally fixed it the 3 days before it snowed. Have a leak in the kitchen that he has never attempted to fix and the man NEVER returns a damn phone call. Never again. Just need to make it through the year.
