I called to get information on a shoe repair that I needed and th guy that answered the phone was very abrassive and rude. Before I could ask him what avenue he was on so that I could bring my boots in for an estimate he hung up on me. (in the middle of my sentence) there are tons of great shoe repair places in NYC, his rudeness does NOT deserve clients. Despite what the other writer wrote you can easily go to the Leather Spa and get exceptional service, without the attitude on the phone or in person. I will NEVER patronize this business! I will make the troop to Leather Spa, that way I know what I'm getting. There are so many options to chose from and rude is NOT an option!
