Romo's has hands-down the best margaritas in Portland. I live in the area so when Romo's moved to SE Stark I was thrilled! It is not your typical Mexican restaurant; the decor is classy and warm, the bar is beautiful and the food has a Southwestern twist. If you live downtown it is definitely worth the drive over to the East side.
