This is the only company I know that in the worst economic year since WW II gave it's self rate increase rates of 15% and 25%. It's base gallon consumption is so fraudulant I'm amzed they haven't been investigated. Even when being away on vacation for 2 weeks in one month they still said my average water consumption was 44 gallons per day. I""ve taken drastic measures of doing laundry 1x week, dishwasher 1x week, 2 minute shower small stream 1x day and flushing just 2x day and yet they are forever inflating consumption of water. Their sewage price is so ridiculous they should be flushing the system every day and yet they let it build up so in the summer the whole neighborhood stinks. There are not words to describe how bad this company is. I wrote to the NC govenor to have them investigated but she just wrote this ridiculously pious indifferent response back. I think we need to continue to write to our senators about this fraud of a company because every moment of every day they are blantantly lying and stealing from all of us.
