A little truth in advertising first - the ""$50"" patio heater is actually $93.24 by the time you're done with their charges for propane, delivery, and tax. At that rate, ask yourself if you're better off buying a unit from OSH or equal for $199 instead - if you use it twice, you're way ahead of the game.
That said, the equipment that was delivered looked new, which was nice, and operated quickly and easily. The delivery process was annoying though, when they scheduled a time, then asked to deliver earlier but then failed to show up early.
