As the other negative posters mentioned, this guy's MO is to donate to charity events and then pressure the ""customer"" into buying ridiculous pictures are high prices.
Mr. Tran is rude on the phone and in person and doesn't even take that nice of pictures. This guy had the nerve to call and tell me ""not to be late"".
Our 8 minute photo session was immediately followed by a 20 minute high pressure sales session.
One other thing I noticed is that the flowery language of the positive reviews seems very similar... I suspect that Mr. Tran or one of his employees has been making ""5-star"" reviews. ""I am so relieved that Mr. Tran called and told me to wear a white shirt and black pants. I wouldn't have been able to dress myself without Mr. Tran's instructions.""
Let this guy keep his ""art"". You don't want it.
