My elderly friend brought her little dog into the Emergency Vet in Carrollton (who is AWESOME!) because she had to have a blood transfusion... well 3 to be exact. She was informed to bring her to a vet during the day so she took her little Pom to these ppl. They were supposed to call her after they took the dog's blood to check the count. She never heard from them so after calling they told her not to call back & they would let her know when she picked the dog up what her count was. They were pissed cuz she called them out on it! Dr Grey was a complete ass & heartless... they hadn't fed her according to my friend's instructions so the little dog hadn't eaten or peed. He had the audacity to tell her that she probably wouldn't make it & he doesn't help dogs in that situation. He basically told her not to bring her back. He also made her wait for almost 2 hours just so my friend could feed her dog. They said she hadn't eaten... well, they didn't follow my friend's instructions CUZ THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!! There are MUCH better vets who actually care out there. Do NOT trust these ppl w/ur friends!!
Pros: Dr. Brusire who works wkends is GREAT!
Cons: Dr. Brian Grey should be stripped of his license!
