We drove to philly to see a show at the TLA, being a friday night all street spots were taken so we were forced to park in a lot. After driving around we South street we found a busy lot on 5th street. the attendents were working very hard but it still took a couple of minutes before we could pay and leave. The attendent was very nice and even parked our car in the spot for us. We tried to tip him but he said he was too busy to make change but said thank you anyway.
Pros: Very accomodating
