This is truly a family business, and I got excellent dedicated customer service. I met one of the Palm brothers through mutual friends, and I was immediately impressed by them. Along with their mother, they have continued the business their father started many years ago. Alex has been very knowledgeable and responsive, and I got a great price on my car insurance.
