The management doesn't have a clue. They lost personal paperwork of ours and it took me four months to get it straightened out. They lied to us and tried raising our rent $100. The maintenance is a joke. It took them a whole week and every person they have to fix our air conditioner and after a week they figured out they had it wired backwards. Another time our fridge went out and they brought us a new one. Instead of taking the time to level it out right, the maintenance guy went outside and got a piece of mulch and stuck it under one of the corners and said there you go. I am not kidding! I have seen tons of cars that have been broken into and they sent us a letter one time saying that a girl was raped by someone who forced their way into her apartment. This place is terrible!!
