Had an appointment with my cat. They knew I was there because I thought my cat might be dying. We were put in an exam room waiting an hour. The clinicians kept returning to adivise me that it would 'only be a little while longer'--all the while I heard the doctor 'jollying' with another client about the holidays the entire time. By the time the doctor came in she barely looked at my cat, didn't take her temperature or look her over much and wanted to do a bunch of tests yet was annoyed when I wanted an estimate.
Cons: Poor treatment of cat and owner!
