I needed to get in shape so I joined the Morning Crunch Boot Camp in Glendale, my friend does the Northridge location and she convinced me to try it. I had been out of the exercise loop for a while and I was nervous to begin, but the instructor got me acclimated to the program fast and the fellow boot campers are really encourageing too. I had a private trainer once before because I just don?t have motivation to work out by myself, but the personal training got too expensive and I gave up on fitness altogether for a while. Boot Camp was the perfect solution to my exercise dilemma. It?s like group personal training plus it?s so much more fun than a one on one session with a trainer and way more cost effective too. Our instructor puts together a great workout program for us every day, and I love being challenged and supported by the group. I highly recommend the Glendale Boot Camp location of Morning Crunch.
