called ahead twice to let them know my wife was bringing my dog in and needed to hurry and get her to throw up a lot of chocolate that she ate, after she arrived they waited to treat her till they explained all the added fees not eplained over the phone, then to call me back. - over the phone they made it seem she would be treated instantly... not 25 minutes after arrival. I understand they want to confirm the estimate before they start treatment... but at least start and get the chocolate out of her system asap. not impressed with Dr passing the blame to cover himself, unprofessional
