I began taking fitness classes at this studio almost 5 years ago, and have become more fit than I ever was during years of running, weight training, aerobics classes, and yoga. Both the Cardio Kickboxing and the innovative Korflex classes are great for muscle-building, fat-burning, and bodyshaping. Keith Cooke is renowned for his intense and motivating style of teaching, combined with warmth and humor. While teaching a class, he pays special attention to safety and proper form, and he is attuned to the needs of individual students, so beginning students can easily join classes with more experienced students. Keith himself is a walking advertisement for good health and great fitness.
