were told that unless we had a pass printed from the internet that we could not use the gym for a 7 day trial
even though on the phone they told us all we had to do was come in and we could try the facility out for 7 days
once we explained that we weren't told to print anything out the manager a young, arrogant, rude kid, told us that we would have to leave. Unbelievable. Finally after saying that we were told to come and no hassle commitment, they allowed us to try the gym. They refused to answer questions, didn't offer to ""show"" us around the gym and igored us. When we called later to speak to the General manager, Doug, HE REFUSED TO TAKE CALLS, AS A MATTER OF FACT, YOU WOULD BE LUCKY IF YOU CAN FIND ANY GENERAL MANAGER AT ANY LOCATION TO ACCEPT CALLS. pLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
