It was bait and switch. I didn't get what I needed and after I was stuck with the equipment that wouldn't work for me, I still had to pay them. \r
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Go somewhere else to rent a trailer or you will be out money and treated poorly.\r
William Carrillo the GM of Chatsworth UHaul lied to me and changed his tune once I was stuck. I've never been treated so poorly. \r
Even when you get it in writing, corporate UHaul will deny your complaint. Just avoid, if possible.
