I tried Brigs At The Park this afternoon for the first time this afternoon. At 11:30, it was busy, but I was greeted at the door by a very hurried hostess asking how many. When she showed me to a table, she literally threw the menu on the table from about two feet away, turned around, said ""Enjoy"" with a sarcastic tone, and stormed back to the front. Although I understand the restaurant was busy, I felt that the hostess was especially rude, and that management should be embarrased to have someone on staff with those customer service skills. I didn't stay - although I've heard great things about the food, my appetitie was forever turned off to Brigs after that incidence. Cons: Poor Customer Service (Hostess) more
