We decided to try this restaurant since we were visiting friends. The first time we visited ? the husband and wife team cooked and served our meal to us. But once we received our food, they sat down to eat their dinner. I have no problem with this, but they did not attend to any other customers while eating their dinner. We needed drink refills, replacement silverware and condiments but this did not happen. They never checked with us once to find out if everything was fine or if we had any problems. The food was good so we dismissed it as a one time fluke. A few months passed and we revisited the restaurant again and much to our dismay they did the exact same thing again. We were shocked at this type of service. I checked with some friends in the area who have visited this restaurant on more than one occasion and was told this happens often. Suggestions have been noted but ignored by the owner. He claims that he and his wife put in 80 hrs a week in the restaurant and that he and his family have to eat at some point and prefer to eat it together and to take your business elsewhere. They have been in business for 20 yrs and they are not in business to take care of cheap and demanding whining customers.
