My son bought a bike from them while he was in Afghanistan - he picked it up while he was home on 2 weeks leave - that was back in Aug 09 and at the end of Nov 09 - they have not titled the bike - and does not look like they are going to. Many other problems with them also - bike not ready when he came home, after they had the check for the bike for 2 months, bike broke down three days after he picked it up,(mechanical issus) he had to have it towed and they will not pay for the towing,and after speaking with one of the owners - there has been nothing that they are going to do to make it better. At this point they are not even returning my calls. Lots of promises to someone overseas, not any follow up.
Cons: Bad Management, Bad Service, Lack of Follow Up
