I'd give this place a minus zero if I could. Ordered my wedding dress months before my wedding. After I received a call two months before my wedding to go for my first fitting, I arrived at ""Best"" Bridal, only to receive the wrong dress! The owner/manager of the place insisted that was the correct dress because she ""knows her dresses."" This was despite the fact that my receipt clearly showed that the dress I ordered had pearls (there were no pearls on the dress she claimed was mine), the dress I ordered did not have tuile (there was tuile on the dress she claimed was mine), etc. Bottom line - it was two months before my wedding, and I had no dress.
Cons: Cannot count on getting the dress you ordered
