Hands down the best Thai restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. Once you eat one of Sam's Thai dishes you will judge all other Thai food on the Asian Restaurant scale. My personal favorite is the Kao Pad, however his Curry and Phad Thai are to die for. If you order the Phad Thai make sure you get a large peanut sauce, which comes as a side and not mixed in with the noodles. I have eaten at the Asian for years and have never - I repeat never - been less than thrilled about the quality and quantity of food. I have eaten Thai food from Mexico to Canada & Washington State to Florida, and The Asian Restaurant always comes out on top.
