I had a very sour experience when I went to a scheduled appointment to talk wedding flowers for my july wedding last year. Not only did the lady I was scheduled to meet with run late when there was nobody else in the store besides someone as the cash register and us but she talked down to me the whole time because I only had some absolute ideas for my flowers with other parts I wanted to see some ideas for. She flat out laughed at me to my face when she saw it was just me (like there really needs to be a huge group of people to sit there and see what I want and then not be surprised at the event) and when I told her about my flower choices (some roses and lilies, lots of greenery, that did not like calla lilies) and colors (lavender and green). What should have been a fun part of wedding planning turned very stressful thanks to that woman and I took my business elsewhere.
