One of the worst pet store out there. I know it's a cliche, but if they only have 0 star rating i would definitely rate this store as 0 star. The customer service of this so-called pet store is simply awful. It's expected if you come to a local small store in Hawaii that you will at least have a greeting from the worker, unless the store is too busy; all I got was a glance as if I was a person entering and about to rob them. I didn't give it a low rating because of that, though.
The low rating is because of the condition of the animals they are trying to sell. The aquarium plants they also trying to sale are mostly bogus. The pets condition is sad, the puppies that are kept are stinky because of their own crap. The other animals confinement are in the same state as the puppies. If you are here to buy plants for aquarium, don't bother. The cheap plants that they sale are usually are meant for the soil, or at least does not last long in submerge environment. It will only last you for about few months and it starts to die and pollute your tank, perhaps killing your fishes. Perhaps that is their intention, when it dies you have to buy it again. Devious, huh? You should also watch for their overpriced true aquatic plants, they are infested with algae and claimed that they are rare.
Their so much wrong about this store that I don't have time to write them all, I'm surprise that they didn't yet close down.
