Ken starts out extremely friendly, but pushes you to ever-more expensive solutions to simple problems. He then hands you off to unresponsive contractors whose promises exceed their quality. Ken claims no responsibility and exercises no oversight regarding his contractors' work and then refuses to follow up when things go awry. In short, he is overpriced and fully uninterested in service. He definitely has an angle, but it is the wrong angle not the right angle for the kitchen. Pros: high prices Cons: overpriced; uninterested in service
