Portillo's has the BEST Italian Beef, hot dogs, and hamburgers. They boast a fine chocolate cake, but we've only had it in the disgusting-sounding, yet superb Chocolate Cake Shake. Prices are reasonable and the portions generous.

Cons: There are only two of these restaurants in So Cal
