Don't know about hair cut. But, the women who does facial and waxing (can't remember her name) here is amazing. She did the best eyebrow and lip wax I've ever had. She also did a treatment for puffy eyes for free. And she gave me a free 10 minute acne treatment, just because she said she was interested in it! All that for $12!
