Gregg was superb in customer service. That's the really what this comes down to. Yes, Nick was nice up front (and great with communication). Yes, Gregg's brother made and maintains a great website. But, what made me enjoy my engagement ring search the most was having a jeweler that listened to me, created a beautiful ring, and followed up in all areas of the transaction. Gregg wanted to meet my fiance after she got the ring, ensure size, and clear up any loose ends, though there weren't any. I'd recommend Mr. Helfer to anyone, hands down the best decision I've made in a long time.
Pros: Stayed within my budget
Cons: Small Office?
