consistant cravings

I've been eating here since early '90's and never been disappointed yet for evening or breakfasts. The house specialty entrees are worth a visit -- better than HUGO's in my opinion. If you think the location isnt that safe, please note that there's a watchman out in the parking lot. The owner seems to always be there, so everyone is working hard to please. I was hoping the sale of the next door real estate would enable PICO'S to have a nicer outdoor venue, but still having to eat in a parking lot when the weather is nice. Since moving from SW Houston, I still come back after trying out the choices in Pearland - nothing compares overall. Pros: house specialties, quality, quantity, schooner beers Cons: no greenbelt around patio (parking lot) dining
