Park Towne Place offers an indoor lot for as much as $200 a month. They offer an outdoor lot for free, but they only "enforce" the stickers by "random" visits by a towing company. The spots are always filled, often by nonresidents who take advantage of the situation, forcing residents to pay Park Towne the 200 bucks while allowing the company to market themselves as having the free parking. This is an obvious benefit for Park Towne Place. They get an additional $2,400 a year while their tenants have to waste lots of time waiting for spots to open up or risk getting parking tickets on the street.
