Karen is the most talented hair specialist I have ever had or seen. My hair was bleached blonde on top and almost black on bottom, it was very damaged and my roots were growing out, it looked TERRIBLE! I was affraid there was nothing that could be done that would be fahionable. I asked Karen her opinion and she spent a lot of her time making sure we both agreed on the colors in her book, also made sure I was very comfortable and understood every step of what would happen.
